Sean E. McClenahan is a native Las Vegan and member of the State Bar of Nevada. Mr. McClenahan’s practice is focused on bankruptcy, mortgage defense, real estate transactions, and business and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining The Schwartz Law Firm, Mr. McClenahan’s practice focused on the preparation of prenuptial agreements and divorce litigation, adoptions, sports and entertainment management, landlord/tenant disputes, and general contract drafting.

Mr. McClenahan attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas for both his undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada. He is a member of the American Bar Association.
