Bryan A. Lindsey, Esq.

Mr. Lindsey is a member of the firm’s Business and Real Estate Transactions Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2007. While in law school at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Mr. Lindsey served as the Nevada law editor for the Nevada Law Journal and worked as a legal extern in the office of U.S. Senator Harry Reid. He also received a full-tuition scholarship and earned four CALI awards while there.
During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Lindsey interned in the Accounting Center of a Fortune 500 Company, primarily ensuring internal control and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and also worked as a volunteer for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. Today, Mr. Lindsey is involved in the community as an assistant scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America.
Mr. Lindsey holds a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in accounting from the University of Utah. Mr. Lindsey is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada and is a member of the Clark County and American Bar Associations.
