Sean E. McClenahan is a native Las Vegan and member of the State Bar of Nevada. Mr. McClenahan’s practice is focused on bankruptcy, real estate short sales, real estate transactions, and business and commercial litigation. In addition to his work with clients short selling their homes, or filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy, Mr. McClenahan has also successfully confirmed multiple individual chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, reorganizing over $20 million in consumer debt.
Prior to joining The Schwartz Law Firm, Mr. McClenahan’s practice focused on the preparation of prenuptial agreements and divorce litigation, adoptions, sports and entertainment management, landlord/tenant disputes, and general contract drafting.
Mr. McClenahan attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas for both his undergraduate and Juris Doctorate degrees. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada. Mr. McClenahan successfully passed the February 2011 California Bar Exam and is awaiting final admittance to the California State Bar.
