Sean E. McClenahan is a native Las Vegan and member of the State Bars of Nevada and California. Mr. McClenahan’s practice is focused on bankruptcy, real estate short sales and real estate transactions. In addition to his work with clients short selling their homes, or filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy, Mr. McClenahan also successfully confirmed multiple individual chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, reorganizing over $20 million in consumer debt.
Prior to joining The Schwartz Law Firm, Mr. McClenahan’s practice focused on the preparation of prenuptial agreements and divorce litigation, adoptions, sports and entertainment management, landlord/tenant disputes, and general contract drafting.
