Bryan A. Lindsey has significant experience representing both commercial and individual clients in all aspects of bankruptcy, restructuring, short sales, corporate matters and real estate transactions.  Mr. Lindsey’s practice includes representing individuals and corporations in Chapters 7 and 11, as well as real property transactions, restructuring workouts, short sales, commercial and real estate litigation and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining The Schwartz Law Firm, Inc., Mr. Lindsey’s practice focused on the purchase, sale and leasing of real property, real estate finance, corporate transactions and general contract law.

While in law school, Mr. Lindsey served as Nevada Law Editor for the Nevada Law Journal, earned four CALI awards and served as a legal extern in the Office of United States Senator Harry Reid.  Prior to law school, Mr. Lindsey earned his undergraduate degree in accounting and worked in the accounting center of a Fortune 500 company.  Mr. Lindsey is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada.
